Position

General Affairs Executive (Japanese Communication Support)

This role is based at the Saizeriya Malaysia Head Office and supports General Affairs operations while facilitating communication between Japanese and local team members.

As Saizeriya Malaysia continues to expand, this position offers valuable exposure to office administration, corporate support functions, and cross-cultural business operations.

Job Responsibilities

You will support daily General Affairs operations and Japanese communication activities.

Your responsibilities include:

Office Administration

  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinating office maintenance and facilities management
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
  • Supporting reception and visitor arrangements

Store & Facility Support

  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers
  • Assisting with store maintenance and repair matters
  • Managing service contracts and related documentation
  • Coordinating uniforms and operational supplies

Documentation & Records Management

  • Preparing and maintaining company records
  • Managing approval forms and internal documents
  • Maintaining contract files and administrative documentation
  • Supporting internal communication activities

HR & Administrative Support

  • Supporting onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Maintaining employee records and administrative files
  • Assisting with attendance-related administration
  • Supporting visa and work permit documentation when required

Government & Compliance Support

  • Assisting with licence renewals and submissions
  • Liaising with government authorities when necessary
  • Supporting insurance and compliance administration

Japanese Communication Support

  • Assisting communication between Japanese and local employees
  • Supporting meetings and discussions through interpretation
  • Assisting translation of internal documents when required

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Age between 25-30 years old
  • Minimum 1 year experience in General Affairs, Administration, or a related field
  • Valid driving licence
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Business-level Japanese communication ability
  • Able to communicate effectively in English

Working Hours

Salary

RM4,000 - RM5,500 per month

Additional Japanese Language Allowance:

Position

Purchasing Executive

This role is based at the Saizeriya Malaysia Head Office and is responsible for supporting purchasing operations, supplier coordination, inventory-related activities, and procurement administration.

As Saizeriya Malaysia continues to expand across Malaysia, this position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to procurement, supply chain management, vendor coordination, and restaurant operations within a growing international food service organisation. 

Job Responsibilities

You will support daily purchasing activities to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely supply of products and services for the business. 

Your responsibilities include:

 

Purchasing Operations

  • Preparing, processing, and issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Ensuring procurement requests are processed accurately and on time
  • Monitoring purchase order status and following up with suppliers on delivery schedules
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are met

 

Supplier Coordination

  • Communicating with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability
  • Supporting supplier negotiations and procurement-related discussions
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and business partners
  • Assisting in resolving supply-related issues and delivery discrepancies

 

Documentation & Compliance

  • Reviewing purchase requisitions, quotations, and purchase orders for completeness and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintaining accurate purchasing records and documentation
  • Ensuring procurement files are properly organised for audit and reporting purposes
  • Updating procurement databases and records in a timely manner

 

Invoice Verification & Payment Support

  • Performing three-way matching between Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and supplier invoices
  • Verifying the accuracy of purchasing documents before payment processing
  • Coordinating with warehouse and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Following up on outstanding invoices, credit notes, and supplier documentation

 

Inventory & Supply Chain Support

  • Supporting inventory management and procurement planning activities
  • Assisting in monitoring stock availability and supply requirements
  • Coordinating with warehouse and operational teams regarding inventory-related matters
  • Supporting month-end purchasing and inventory documentation requirements

 

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Preparing procurement reports and purchasing data updates
  • Maintaining ERP or purchasing system records
  • Supporting departmental reporting and administrative tasks
  • Assisting with communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers

Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with food safety, quality assurance, or Halal certification requirements
  • Experience working with ERP systems or procurement software
  • Experience in supplier management or purchasing administration

Store Operations Manager Trainee

Job Responsibilities

You will begin by learning and mastering full restaurant operations, including both Service and Kitchen functions, to build a strong operational foundation before progressing into management roles.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members

  • Managing staff scheduling and manpower planning

  • Maintaining and continuously improving QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards

  • Managing sales performance, cost control, and labour planning

  • Supporting preparation and operational setup for new outlet openings

Work Location
